  • Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, annual bonus, and standard PTO

Role Overview:

This role requires experience in both agentic AI development and integration tools. The ideal candidate understands how AI agents reason and make decisions, and can also build the APIs and system integrations that allow those agents to operate within real enterprise workflows.

  • Agentic AI: Experience building and orchestrating single‑agent and multi‑agent systems, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent decision logic.
  • Integration Development: Experience building API microservices and integration layers that connect agents to existing systems, data sources, and transactional workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and orchestration.
    • Strong understanding of LLM prompt engineering, embeddings, and foundational Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
    • Proficiency in building microservices and integrating them into complex systems.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deploy prompt-based single-agent systems for targeted workflows.
    • Integrate AI models into subsystems supporting transactions, knowledge management, and service operations.
    • Design and implement multi-agent orchestration for advanced RAG pipelines.
    • Build and maintain API microservices to expose AI capabilities (e.g., entity extraction).
    • Collaborate on dataset creation for model fine-tuning and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with domain experts to enhance model accuracy, mitigate hallucinations, and ensure compliance.
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, microservices architecture, or enterprise system integration
    • Prior experience with LLM-Based solutions and agent frameworks
