Job description

At Globe, our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people, business, and nation. By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.

Job Description The AI Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) is an AI practitioner within Globe's AI
Group who designs, builds, and ships AI-powered applications and agents
that teams across the company actually use.

The AI Engineer does hands-on work with large language models and, where the problem calls for it, deep learning, turns real business problems into working solutions: writing production code, embedding with a Globe business team (forward-deployed), and owning the problem end to end. This is a builder role centered on strong fundamentals, rapid delivery, and a genuine drive to make things that work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, and ship AI-powered apps and agents that teams

across Globe actually use, working with Python, React, Tailwind,

Databricks, and GCP

Work with large language models through prompting, RAG, and

AI agents, with a real understanding of how they work under the

hood

Train and apply deep learning models where the problem calls for it

Add explainability and monitoring so the systems you ship can be

trusted and understood

Support the project management of Globe's AI enterprise

platform, from planning to delivery

Embed with a Globe business team, learn its problem deeply, and

own the solution end to end

Write code that goes live, working side by side with the business

team whose problem you are solving

Help teams across Globe put AI to work in real products

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage but not required.

  • Preferably At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or related technical roles, with hands-on experience developing and deploying production applications, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Familiarity designing and building AI-powered applications using modern programming languages such as Python, with exposure to frontend frameworks such as React and modern web technologies.

  • Familiarity working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or similar generative AI technologies.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, or equivalent AI and data platforms.
