The Raft Manager and Guide roles both require safety certifications and operate within the rafting industry. The Raft Manager focuses on overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed, often working behind the scenes. In contrast, the Guide directly leads trips, instructs clients, and navigates the water. Both roles are essential for a successful rafting business, but they differ mainly in responsibilities and scope of work.
