Do you love the ocean, thrive in high-energy environments, and enjoy connecting with people? Captain Andy's Sailing Adventures is currently hiring Full-Time Raft Crew Members to join our team and experience the Na Pali Coast like no one else.

Our raft tours are fast-paced, fun, and immersive, and we're looking for enthusiastic, physically capable team players who are excited to work outdoors and bring great energy to our tours every day.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Raft Crew Member, you'll work aboard our high-performance inflatable rafts alongside licensed captains, delivering one-of-a-kind experiences to our guests. You'll assist with tour operations, ensure safety and comfort, and help create unforgettable moments on the water.
