Detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting daily administrative operations, coordinating project activities, and assisting with purchase order management. This role ensures accurate data entry, timely project support, and efficient processing of procurement tasks to maintain smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of project tasks, timelines, and documentation
  • Support project teams by preparing materials, organizing files, and ensuring project resources are in place
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure order accuracy
