Position Summary:
  • Provides computed tomography procedures to produce imaging using CT technology
  • Assist Physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct computerized tomography exams and document clinically appropriate results for interpretive physician and records
  • Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety to provide a safe environment for patients and staff

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • ARRT Certification & State Radiologic License - These are non-negotiable legal credentials; you cannot practice without them.
  • CT Registry (ARRT) - Required within 6 months of hire, making it effectively mandatory and central to the role.
  • 2-3 Years of Radiology/CT Experience - Hands-on scanning experience is a core qualifier, especially for CT 3D work.
  • MRT Certification from State Medical Board - A state-specific legal requirement that's just as essential as the ARRT credential.
  • Advanced Venipuncture Proficiency - Directly patient-facing and technically demanding; critical for contrast-enhanced CT procedures.

The hourly range for this position is $39.50-$47.50 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
