Job description

Detroit Medical Center Radiology is seeking an ED Radiologist to join its growing, high-acuity, mission-driven team. This role offers the opportunity to practice across a network of Level I, II, and III trauma centers, serving a clinically complex and diverse urban population. With customizable FTE models, remote and hybrid reading options, and schedules posted 90 days in advance, this position is designed for sustainable, long-term practice.

Practice Info

  • Multi-site urban health system including Level I, II, and III trauma centers, tertiary academic, and community hospital environments
  • Sites: Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital (Level III), Harper University Hospital (tertiary academic), Detroit Receiving Hospital (Level I), Sinai-Grace Hospital (Level II)
  • ACGME-accredited residency with 6 residents per year; 1:1 pairing on ED shifts
  • Median 100-110 cases per day across shifts
  • Subspecialties in Group: Neuroradiology, MSK, Body Imaging, Pediatric, Nuclear Medicine, IR, Breast/Women's Imaging, Emergency Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology
  • Four Physician Assistants supporting Interventional Radiology

Compensation

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Radiology
  • Subspecialty training across one or more of the following: Diagnostic Radiology, Emergency Radiology, Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Body Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, or Breast and Women's Imaging
  • Commitment to resident education, quality improvement, and a team-first approach to practice
