Description:
  • Provide top-notch diagnostic radiology services efficiently and promptly.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists and Primary Physicians to obtain high-quality radiographs.
  • Stay current with evolving protocols in x-ray and CT, and assist colleagues in adopting new practices.
  • Use advanced CT equipment to capture detailed images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Position patients correctly for optimal imaging.
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image clarity.
  • Assess CT scans to ensure they meet technical quality standards.
  • Clearly explain procedures to patients, offering reassurance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited/approved school
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible to test within one (1) year.
  • Knowledge of x-ray equipment and related technology
  • Current BLS certification
