You are responsible for the guest experience at the bar top, managing high-top tables, and executing precision service bar tickets for the entire dining room. We are looking for high-energy professionals to join our founding team at our newest location.

Our Culture: Team Service & Radical Candor

We operate on a Team Service Mentality. This means we pool tips based on hourly contribution and practice \Unselfish Action\—you may be behind the bar one moment and supporting the cocktail floor the next. We value Radical Candor: we care personally about your growth and will challenge you directly to maintain our \to-spec\ standards.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Command the Service Bar: Provide quick, efficient, and accurate drink service for the dining room.
  • Set Up for Success: Follow the Bar Binder opening procedures and the HotSchedules Garnish List to ensure the \Next Shift’s Success.\
  • Financial Integrity: Assist the MOD in server cash-outs (with required signatures) and manage bar guest reports with 100% accountability.
  • The \Next Shift\ Mentality: Complete all sidework, including restocking wine/liquor and deep-cleaning bar areas.

Why You’ll Love Lib’s Grill:

  • Instant Pay: Access your pooled tips immediately after your shift via the Branch Card.
  • Educational Outings: Participate in trips to local breweries and distilleries to deepen your product knowledge.
  • Career Development: Utilize your Individual Development Plan (IDP) to track your progress and unlock leadership opportunities.
  • Dining Benefits: Enjoy a 25% Employee Discount for you and your guests.

  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Physicality: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift/carry 10–55 lbs (kegs, ice, and glass racks).
  • Reliability: Reliable transportation.
  • Systems Buy-In: Willingness to participate in quarterly benchmark tests and daily pre-shift check-ins
