Radiant Reflections Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team. In this full-time remote role, you will play an essential part in empowering clients to navigate their mental health challenges and enhance their overall well-being. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to a supportive and collaborative team of professionals. Leveraging various digital tools and electronic medical record (EMR) systems, you will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, to help clients manage issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic support system for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing critical distress, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being while implementing appropriate emergency protocols.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing EMR systems efficiently to ensure accurate documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development through regular training workshops and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Contribute to program development initiatives that enhance service delivery and client outcomes, leveraging your unique insights and experiences.

In your role, you will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families. Your presentations will address a wide array of challenges, from coping with life transitions and trauma to managing chronic mental health conditions. The inclusive approach we take emphasizes tailored messaging that resonates with each client's background and lived experiences, ensuring an affirming and validating therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• At least two years of experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges, although this is preferred and not strictly required for the right candidate.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, enhancing your ability to maintain accurate and compliant client documentation.
• A commitment to cultural competence, ensuring every client feels respected and understood within their therapeutic journey.

The total compensation for this full-time counseling position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, access to the clinic’s services at no cost as a client, and a flexible schedule designed to promote work-life balance.
