Job description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seekingaSignals Intelligence(SIGINT)Analystto support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate willprovide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration. TheOperations Specialistwillparticipatein forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems. Thechosen candidate willalsorecommend and evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staffandparticipate in the SIGINT portions of New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training.

The anticipated compensation for the position is $150,000 to $165,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • ArmySignals Acquisition/Exploitation AnalystMOS(35S) or equivalent

  • Experience conducting and supervising foreign signals acquisition, exploitation, and resource management during search, collection, analysis, and dissemination to enable Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), and Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) production cycles.

  • Experience searching RF transmission pathways to identify, collect, locate, and process target analog and digital signals

  • Familiarity with SIGINT New Equipment Training and refresher training
