Are you passionate about turning innovative concepts into reality? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Radar Diagnostics and Calibration Lead to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline supporting the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program.
This is an opportunity to serve as the system-level technical lead responsible for defining radar software behavior and ensuring correct interaction between hardware subsystems, diagnostics, and released software builds. This lead will be responsible for the strategic vision of Maintenance Engineering to ensure a Fault Detection and Fault Isolation (FDFI) foundation leading to CBM+ and prognostics fielded to the end user.
You will translate operational needs, failure modes, and maintainability requirements into clear, guidance for systems/software implementation and act as the primary integration authority between software, systems, integration/test, and Deployment Fielding and Sustainment teams. Collaboration across the Systems Engineering (SE), Systems Integration and Test (SIT) and Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) CPTs will be required.
