Job description

Seeking Radar Systems Engineers to develop, integrate, test and implement radar programs for
a variety of defense applications. Seeking candidates with 2-20 years of experience. Work will
involve phased array, beamforming, and other types of radar development. Any work with
missile defense, Navy programs, or satellite systems is a huge plus. Some of the Requirements Include:
Radar signal-processing, algorithm development, and AESA hardware/beam-forming expertise;
extensive MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis.
Requirements definition, verification, and system architecture using DOORS/MBSE, SysML,
and trade study techniques.
End-to-end subsystem integration and test-plan creation for radar system verification.
Integration of radar subsystems and software, AESA HWIL testing, and development/execution
of test plans and procedures.
Hands-on use of test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators,
Wireshark) and test automation scripting in C++/MATLAB/Python.
Requirements verification, traceability, and reporting via DOORS, Jira, and Confluence.
Hardware experience
Antenna, receiver, transmitter, or other RF equipment experience a plus Clearance Required
