Job Title: Field Support Engineer – Radar Systems

Location: Rockford, IL

Experience: 5–12 Years

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, commission, and integrate PSR, SSR, Mode-S, and ADS-B radar systems.
• Perform antenna alignment, RF integration, and site infrastructure coordination.
• Execute FAT, SAT, subsystem testing, and system validation.
• Verify radar performance including detection, accuracy, and latency.
• Perform RF calibration, transmitter/receiver tuning, and antenna optimization.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot radar, RF, communication, and electrical system issues.
• Maintain calibration records, test reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with FAA, airport authorities, OEMs, and project stakeholders.
• Support audits, training, and operational readiness activities.
