Job Description:

This is a highly strategic individual contributor role responsible for driving new business, expanding market presence, and influencing customer outcomes through our industry-leading asset monitoring and transportation visibility solutions. As a senior member of the sales organization, you will leverage your industry expertise, executive presence, and consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, develop trusted customer relationships, and close complex enterprise deals with transportation, logistics, and intermodal customers.

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute the territory growth strategy, driving net-new revenue and market expansion across the transportation, logistics, freight, and intermodal industries throughout North America.

  • Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities with enterprise customers, developing and managing a robust pipeline of complex, high-value sales engagements.

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders, positioning RADAR as a trusted partner for asset visibility and supply chain optimization.

  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, effectively navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments.

  • Develop and expand strategic partner relationships, industry associations, and channel opportunities that enhance RADAR's market presence and generate incremental business opportunities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, leveraging deep industry knowledge to understand customer challenges and align RADAR solutions to business outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through deployment and ongoing adoption.

  • Actively support customer pilots, implementations, and key account initiatives, providing leadership and strategic guidance to maximize customer value realization.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies affecting transportation and logistics markets.

  • Represent BlackBerry RADAR at industry conferences, trade associations, customer events, and executive forums, enhancing brand awareness and thought leadership.

  • Leverage data-driven insights and territory analytics to inform account strategies, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving new business growth in complex solution-selling environments.

  • Strong industry knowledge and established relationships within transportation, logistics, intermodal, supply chain, fleet management, freight forwarding, or related markets.

  • Proven success developing executive-level customer relationships and influencing business decisions across multiple organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, and long-term strategic value creation.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions and quantify business impact for customers.

  • Experience presenting and communicating technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and account management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation Hiring Base Pay Range:
$130,000 USD - $182,000 USD

The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
