What You'll Do

  • Assist in interventional radiology procedures using Siemens systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee)
  • Prepare and operate imaging equipment across a busy hospital setting
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Assist radiologists with case setup, scrubbing, and intra-operative support
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to handle a high volume of cases (60–65/day)
  • Float to other IR rooms as needed and support outpatient services

What You Need

Required:
  • Kansas State license & ARRT Radiography certification (must be current and in hand)
  • Minimum 2 years of IR and scrub experience in a large hospital setting
  • Flexibility for floating and on-call, if needed
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of IR experience, including peripheral and neurovascular procedures
  • Experience with Siemens IR equipment

About the Assignment Join a fast-paced hospital environment handling high patient volume and complex cases across seven rooms. The unit specializes in all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services, with a focus on neuro, neck, and thyroid biopsies. The facility maintains a nicotine-free policy and offers bi-weekly pay, orientation on Mondays and Tuesdays, and a minimum of two cancellations per month with notice.
