Excellent Knowledge on Big Data Concepts[NoSQL, Hadoop, Distributed Computing] 

Should have architected large scaled distributed systems on Hadoop, MongoDB 

Should have Implemented NoSQL/MongoDB in atleast 2 large scale Production Use Cases 

Should have Architected, Designed & Implemented advanced features of MongoDB such as Sharding, Data Replication, etc. 

Should have worked on Performance Tuning / Testing frameworks of MongoDB Applications 

Should have good knowledge on Web Related Technologies[Java, Spring, Java Script] 

Should have experience on ETL Tools such as Talend/Alteryx/Informatica 

Experience on BI Tools will be an added advantage 

Should have led a Technology delivery of an end to end MongoDB Project 

Knowledge & Experience of Cloud Computing[AWS, Rackspace, Azure] would be an Added advantage 

Should have designed a solution architecture including Sizing for a Large scale NoSQL Project 

Should have led a Technology delivery of an end to end NoSQL/MongoDB Project 

Should have good customer interfacing skills
