Job description

We are a high-end custom woodworking company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented installer with carpentry or cabinet installation experience. This position involves installing custom wine racking systems, cabinetry, sauna rooms, doors, and architectural millwork in luxury residential and commercial projects.

This is steady, full-time work with opportunities to grow within a specialized trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Install custom wine racks, cabinetry, trim, and millwork
  • Perform finish carpentry with precision and attention to detail
  • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Take accurate measurements and complete material calculations
  • Install and align doors, drawer fronts, shelving, and panels
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Communicate professionally with contractors and homeowners
  • Travel out of town when required (overnight stays; expenses covered)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of carpentry, woodworking, or cabinet installation experience
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
  • Experience using saws, drills, routers, levels, and measuring tools
  • Own basic hand tools (larger tools provided)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record (background check required)
  • Reliable transportation to our West Palm Beach facility
  • Must speak and understand English
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Occasional overtime
