Raceway employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including regular equipment inspections, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining clear communication with team members. These skills ensure smooth event execution, safety compliance, and an excellent experience for both staff and guests.

What is a raceway in the context of construction and electrical work?

A raceway is an enclosed conduit or channel used to protect and route electrical wiring in buildings. It can be made from materials like metal, plastic, or fiberglass and is often used to organize and safeguard wires from damage, moisture, or interference. Raceways make it easier to install, replace, or upgrade wiring systems while maintaining code compliance and safety standards. Common types include conduit, surface raceways, and wireways.
