Position Summary:
The Promoter is responsible for increasing awareness of Valora Medical Group throughout Osceola County by building community relationships, generating qualified patient leads, and converting prospective patients into new members of the Valora family.
This role is highly visible and field-based, requiring daily interaction with the public at grassroots marketing events, community organizations events, senior centers, businesses, health fairs, and other marketing opportunities. Success in this position requires discipline, excellent time management, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Valora Medical Group professionally throughout the community.
  • Generate qualified patient leads through face-to-face engagement at community events, marketing sites, and outreach activities.
  • Educate prospective patients about Valora's medical providers, primary care services, wellness programs, and patient benefits.
  • Convert community interactions into scheduled appointments and new patient enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, brokers, senior living communities, local businesses, and community organizations.
  • Assist in planning and executing grassroots marketing campaigns and community events.
  • Deliver presentations to community groups and prospective patients.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities, partnerships, and marketing locations that support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Events team to maximize outreach effectiveness.
