Description du poste

En tant que Technical Lead .NET, vous aurez pour responsabilites :

  • Encadrer et accompagner une equipe de developpeurs (mentorat, code review, partage de bonnes pratiques).
  • Etre l'interlocuteur privilegie du client et coordonner avec l'architecte et le chef de projet.
  • Garantir la bonne application des standards techniques et methodologiques.
  • Concevoir et developper des applications web performantes et scalables en .NET avec un front moderne (Angular ou React).
  • Definir et valider les choix techniques (architecture, design patterns, securite, performance).
  • Assurer la qualite du code via les bonnes pratiques (tests unitaires, CI/CD, revues de code).
  • Contribuer activement aux developpements les plus critiques et complexes.
  • Mettre en place des standards de developpement, d'industrialisation et de documentation.
  • Garantir la livraison des projets dans le respect des delais, budgets et exigences de qualite.
  • Participer a l'amelioration continue des process et des environnements techniques.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 ans d'experience en developpement et architecture logicielle.
  • Solide expertise en .NET
  • Experience avancee sur Angular ou React (au moins l'un des deux est indispensable).
  • Connaissance approfondie des architectures web (REST, microservices, securite, performance).
  • Bonne maitrise des pratiques DevOps : integration continue, deploiement automatise, Azure DevOps (ou equivalent).
  • Capacite prouvee a leader techniquement une equipe et a interagir avec des interlocuteurs techniques et metiers.
  • Excellente communication en Anglais.
