Job Summary
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and social work services to diverse population including adults and seniors. Your expertise will support individuals facing a range of challenges such as developmental disabilities, trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care through clinical assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management, all while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.
