Schedule: We are open 7 days a week
Monday–Friday, 8-9am–7pm
Sat-Sun 8am-1pm
About Us:
At R&T Medical Primary Care, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, patient-centered healthcare in a welcoming and efficient environment. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
· - Greet patients warmly and check them in and out for appointments
· - Answer and manage multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries, and take messages
· - Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
· - Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately
· - Collect copays and balance payments
· - Scan and manage patient documents and forms
· - Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
· - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
· - Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
· - Prior experience in a medical office preferred
· - Knowledge of EHR systems (AdvancedMD is a plus)
· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· - Professional appearance and demeanor
· - High school diploma or equivalent required
