We are looking for aggressive Mortgage Loan Originators who are ambitious and self-sourcing to join a dynamic team. Company leads may be provided to supplement your existing business and take you to the next level.

What youll be doing:

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, accountants, etc.
  • Ensure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
  • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained through the life cycle of the loan process

Mortgage Loan Officer job requirements:

  • Must be a licensed or registered Mortgage Loan Originator
  • Comply with all Federal and State regulations
  • Minimum 1 year loan origination experience
  • High level of comfort meeting new people and networking to prospect for new business leads
  • Good oral and written communication skills are needed to generate independent leads
  • Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry
  • High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
