Job description

Join our Business Intelligence team, where you will support the systems, reporting, and operational workflows that help drive informed business decisions across the organization. As a Business Intelligence Coordinator, you will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality, support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations, optimize business processes, and implement solutions that improve efficiency.

In this role you will:

  • Navigate a variety of internal systems used to pull, clean, validate, and transform data for reporting purposes

  • Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues to support accurate and timely reporting

  • Support day-to-day CRM efforts, including campaign planning, lead assignment, and pipeline management

  • Create and maintain email distribution lists for upcoming events and campaigns

  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure necessary assets, information, and approvals are received on schedule

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated data workflows to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy across the organization

  • Create and update written documentation, process guides, and video walkthroughs to support the team’s knowledge base

  • Help ensure departmental knowledge is accessible, current, and transferable across the team

  • Work closely with multiple departments, serving as an internal resource on the use and best practices of analytical tools, automation technologies, data visualizations, campaign management, and data hygiene

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology preferred

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI), relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite), and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred

  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, R, VBA, or similar languages for data analysis, process automation, application development, or systems integration preferred

  • Familiarity with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and experience supporting email marketing efforts through copy review and campaign coordination preferred

  • Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques, including regression analysis, customer profiling and segmentation, needs analysis, and other quantitative and qualitative campaign analysis techniques beneficial

  • Experience with Archtics, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable ticketing and process automation platforms beneficial

  • Ability to communicate effectively, present information to groups with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels, and build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities while working collaboratively across teams

Additional Details:

This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.
