  • Oversee daily inventory control activities, including cycle counting and physical inventories.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and reconcile inventory discrepancies through investigations and system adjustments.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehousing to ensure accurate material flow and availability.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems for tracking and reporting.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and improve inventory control processes, leading to cost reductions and efficiency gains.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with WMS implementation or optimization projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
  • APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for inventory optimization.
  • Experience with RFID or other advanced inventory tracking technologies.
