Join Millennium Print Group as a Supplier Quality Engineer IC3!
We're looking for a quality-focused and analytical professional to help drive supplier performance, strengthen quality systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our supply chain. In this role, you'll partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure incoming materials consistently meet quality and operational standards.
Location: Raleigh, NC

What You'll Do
Lead supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with standards and requirements
Manage supplier corrective actions and drive long-term resolution of quality issues
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve material quality and reduce operational risk
Analyze supplier quality data, trends, and performance metrics using reporting tools and dashboards
Support First Article Inspection (FAI), Control Plans, and Gauge R&R activities
Develop and maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Support automation and inspection technology initiatives to improve quality and traceability
Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, IT, and Quality teams to support business objectives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in quality, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering
Experience with supplier audits, SCAR management, and root cause analysis
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and quality reporting tools
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
CQE or CSQP certification preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills are a plus
