Our Water Safety Instructor II's are critical to the success of our Learn-to-Swim programming. They help create an environment where family and friends feel safe, where they feel welcome, and where they feel they belong. Qualities we are looking for include passion, professionalism, excitement and positive energy. Key components also include maintaining safety at all times, the ability to evaluate swimming skills of registrants and effectively grade each student to the objectives of the American Red Cross course material.
