Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. You will work directly with clients and their families and target the skills that will provide them with the highest quality of life and independence.ย  If you are a licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Perform intakes and assessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
  • Provide initial and ongoing staff education and training on client behavioral and skill acquisition protocols
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to staff regarding clinical and professional skills on a regular basis
  • ย Collaborate with the treatment team including client, parents and caregivers as well as any outside professionals (i.e. school staff , speech therapist, occupational therapist, etc.)
  • Update & maintain data collection systems & disseminate information to the team
  • Provide direct modeling and support in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching, errorless teaching and natural environment training
  • Learn ethical billing standards and abide by these standards when working with clients
  • ย Attend and engage in team meetings
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor (non-billable time)

Qualifications
  • Master degree in Psychology, behavior, education or related fieldeld,ย 
  • Pass background check
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • License in Kansas and Missouri (Preferred)ย 
  • Previous experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred)ย 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
