Job description

Davey Coach Sales is the leader in van and bus sales in Colorado and across the country. We have an immediate opening for a Preventative Maintenance & Aftermarket Sales Coordinator in our ever growing office. You will be responsible for proactively engaging customers to support preventative maintenance needs, scheduling service appointments, maintaining accurate follow-up and tracking, and assisting with aftermarket sales quotes.
This position plays an important role in strengthening customer relationships, increasing preventative maintenance business, and supporting aftermarket revenue. The coordinator will work closely with the Service Department and Aftermarket Sales Representative to ensure customers receive timely communication, accurate quotes, and consistent follow-up.
Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended preventative maintenance needs.
  • Review available customer and vehicle information to identify preventative maintenance opportunities.
  • Educate customers on recommended maintenance intervals and available services.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance appointments based on customer needs and service department availability.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking customer contacts, upcoming maintenance needs, scheduled appointments, and follow-up activity.
  • Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled recommended maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact and vehicle information within company systems.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure scheduled work is properly communicated and prepared for.
  • Help develop a consistent preventative maintenance outreach process that encourages repeat service business and improves customer retention.
  • Support the Aftermarket Sales Representative with customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-up.
  • Track open aftermarket quotes and conduct timely customer follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the Aftermarket Sales Representative on larger, more complex, or strategic sales opportunities.
  • Assist with converting approved quotes into scheduled work or orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, customer communication, open opportunities, and completed sales.

You will need to have:
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
  • 2 years of previously related experience in a service writer or sales role, preferred
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
