HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $36.00 per hour + bonuses - Potential annual earnings $125, 000

We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs

Work Schedule: 7:30am to 4:30pm | Monday to Friday | with occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• This position is primarily residential retrofit /changeout with the occasional light commercial install
• Provide customer with information about new installs and answering any questions
• Supervise the work of other installers
• Maintaining high-quality and time job performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of residential retrofit/changeout HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Ability to pass NATE Core Test within 3 months of hire
• Basic sheet metal fabrication skills
• Proficient in sizing and designing ductwork
• Experience starting up and troubleshooting furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and condensing units
• Strong understanding of line and low voltage systems, including relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
• High school diploma or equivalent
