At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Technical PMO Analyst with Power BI to support portfolio reporting, dashboarding, and financial-data transformation across the GTO project portfolio. Although titled Technical Project Manager, this role is primarily focused on creating and maintaining Power BI and QuickBase dashboards; ensuring data accuracy and timely updates; and transforming spreadsheet-based financial reporting into scalable, data-centric reporting solutions.
This role will be a critical partner to the Broadridge Finance Transformation project, working with centralized PMO leadership (Grand Central), finance stakeholders, and technology teams to improve the availability, quality, and analysis of portfolio cost, revenue, and financial-performance data. The role reports directly to the VP, Head of Project Controls and Reporting, with reporting ultimately supporting the GTO COO and GTO General Managers.

Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and enhance project portfolio dashboards (Everest) and reporting using Power BI and QuickBase. Accountable to drive new design, evolving current design and views, and leveraging technology expertise to evolve reporting platform(s) as needed.
Ensure portfolio, project, cost, revenue, forecast, and financial-performance data is accurate, complete, consistent, and updated on time. Create executive-level analyses for decision-making and course-correction.
Use AI-enabled tools and analytical techniques to extract, structure, reconcile, and analyze financial data currently maintained in Excel spreadsheets.
Support the transition from spreadsheet-based financial reporting to a governed, data-centric repository with reusable reporting logic and performance metrics.
Partner with the Broadridge Finance Transformation project to define reporting requirements, data structures, controls, and business logic for GTO portfolio financial metrics.
Translate ongoing dashboard requirements and enhancement requests from centralized PMO leaders into effective reporting and visualization solutions.
Develop executive-ready reporting for the GTO COO, GTO General Managers, and other senior stakeholders.
Identify data-quality issues, reporting discrepancies, manual-process risks, and opportunities to automate reporting workflows.
Maintain dashboard documentation, data definitions, reporting logic, refresh schedules, and enhancement backlogs.
Responsible for monitoring finance exceptions (MBO wins, Broad wins) for monthly business day reporting to GTO COO and GTO CFO.
Collaborate with finance, PMO, technology, and business stakeholders to establish consistent portfolio reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:
Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
Experience with Quickbase, including reporting, dashboards, application configuration, and data management.
Strong financial acumen, including cost, revenue, budget, forecast, actuals, variance, and financial-performance analysis.
Experience working with large, Excel-based financial data spreadsheets, conducting data validation, reconciliation, transformation, and reporting.
Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation techniques to analyze, organize, visualize and improve financial and operational data reporting.
Experience supporting PMO, project portfolio, finance transformation, business intelligence, or executive reporting initiatives.
Strong attention to detail, data-quality discipline, and ability to investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies.
Ability to work effectively with a centralized PMO leadership team (Grand Central) and manage recurring reporting responsibilities alongside changing requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial and portfolio insights to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting finance transformation, data modernization, or enterprise reporting initiatives. Ability to direct technical peers and junior staff as needed.
Knowledge of data governance, financial controls, data repositories, and reporting-standardization practices.
Experience in a large, matrixed technology or financial services/Fintech organization.
