Job description

Position: Professional Land Surveyor, Midwest states

Location:100% Remote (OH, IL, IN, MI)

Salary:$150,000 - $200,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Our client has over 100 years of experience, specializing in land surveying and engineering nationwide. They offer civil engineering, land surveying, environmental science permitting, landscape architecture, and construction management and inspection services. They are looking for a Remote, Licensed Project Manager who can manage Survey Technicians throughout the midwest (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, & Wisconsin). You must be comfortable working 100% remotely as there is no field work required.

Requirements

  • A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required, in ANY of the following states -Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan. With multiple state licensures being a plus.
  • Field and office experience in land surveying is essential, and attention to detail is a must.
  • A proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating new revenue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and the ability to take direction and grow with the company.
  • A proven track record of managing survey crews.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work remotely are important for success in this role.
  • Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey is required, and proficiency with Quickbase to log job statuses is a plus.
