• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate mental health needs, establish treatment goals, and develop personalized therapeutic strategies.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate closely with clients in formulating and executing personalized treatment plans that adapt to evolving needs and progress.
• Maintain a high standard of ethical practice and confidentiality in line with social work regulations and legal obligations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain up-to-date with cutting-edge techniques and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Facilitate therapeutic alliances with clients, fostering a trusting atmosphere conducive to personal exploration and healing.
• Offer practical guidance and coping strategies to empower clients in navigating their life challenges effectively.

In this role, you will predominantly work with a school-aged population, including children, adolescents, and their families. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing common adolescent challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and familial conflict. Building a rapport with both students and their families enables a holistic approach to therapy, ensuring all aspects of an individual’s environment are considered in treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering therapy services in a clinical setting, particularly within a school or educational environment.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Experience providing therapy in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary teamwork and collaboration with educational staff and other mental health providers.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents while navigating family dynamics.
