• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique challenges, backgrounds, and treatment objectives.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic therapeutic process.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, fostering an environment of continuous feedback and improvement.

As an LCSW at Quick Mental Health Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples needing relational support, and families aiming to improve their interpersonal dynamics. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
