Atlantic Fields is seeking a Comfort Station Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.
At Atlantic Fields, our Comfort Stations are more than a quick stop-they're a signature part of the member experience. As a Comfort Station Server, you'll create memorable moments by delivering exceptional hospitality, serving handcrafted food and beverages, and ensuring every station is beautifully presented and fully stocked.
This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a team environment. Every interaction is an opportunity to surprise and delight our members with genuine hospitality.
In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome every member and guest with warmth, energy, and professionalism.

Prepare and serve premium coffee, specialty beverages, cocktails, snacks, and seasonal menu offerings.

Share menu knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations.

Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually impressive station throughout the day.

Restock food, beverages, and supplies to ensure every member enjoys a seamless experience.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Monitor inventory and communicate product needs proactively.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum previous experience of three (3) months food service or guest service experience, preferably at a restaurant, cafe, country club or resort.

Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possesses or can obtain State Food Safety Certificate.

Knowledgeable of wines and beverage.

Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.

Additional Requirements

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.

Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
