Job Summary
We are hiring Packaging Operators for immediate contract and temporary opportunities in Kansas City, KS. This is a great fit for dependable candidates who want steady full-time hours, weekly pay, and the chance to start quickly in a manufacturing and production environment.
As a Packaging Operator, you will support daily production by packaging finished products, checking labels and quantities, operating packaging equipment, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. This role offers a structured work environment, clear expectations, supportive on-site direction, and hands-on training to help you succeed.
If you are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work, this Packaging Operator position offers a quick hiring process and an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and packaging accuracy.
- Operate bagging and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect product samples for quality testing when required.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Assist with additional production and general warehouse duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $14.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

- Schedule options: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
