Job description

Job Summary:
The Quick Service Manager at Loveland Buick GMC will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quick service department. This individual will ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry located in Loveland, Colorado.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Quick Service Manager will receive a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 per year paid semi-monthly

In addition, this position is eligible for benefits including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train quick service technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Schedule and assign work to technicians according to their skill level and availability
- Oversee the inventory management of supplies and parts in the quick service department
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Coordinate with the service advisor to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer work orders
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction ratings and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the service manager to develop and implement process improvements for the quick service department
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quick service department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a quick service or automotive technician role, especially interested in Jiffy Lube, Grease Monkey and Firestone management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with service management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
