Quick / Express Lane Technician Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
  • Identify basic vehicle concerns and document findings accurately
  • Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors

Quick / Express Lane Technician Compensation and Benefits
The Quick / Express Lane Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements:
  • Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
  • Production-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
  • Retention-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 to $34.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
