We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quick Lane Service Technician to join our team. If you're passionate about cars, have a keen eye for detail, and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Job Description

As a Quick Lane Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance services for our customers. This is a customer-focused position where you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. We are only looking for someone who wants to before a premier A tech! We will train to get you there!

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services.

  • Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding the status of vehicle services.

  • Ensure that all services are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns professionally.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service procedures, and technology advancements.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • ASE certification (preferred but not required).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Previous automotive service experience (Quick Lane, lube, or tire tech experience preferred).

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
