Job description

Quick Lane Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator
Watermark Ford Hyundai of Marion is looking for an organized, outgoing, and dependable Service Business Development Associate to join our Quick Lane team.
This position plays an important role in keeping our customers informed and our service department running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates well by phone and text, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and follows through until the job is complete.
Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has strong customer-service and computer skills.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service calls, texts, and online appointment requests
  • Schedule Quick Lane maintenance and service appointments
  • Contact customers for recommended maintenance and follow-up services
  • Provide customers with timely updates on the status of their vehicles
  • Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist Quick Lane advisors with customer communication and daily workflow
  • Help the Quick Lane manager monitor appointments, work in progress, and completed repairs
  • Process and close warranty claims and repair orders accurately
  • Verify that required information and documentation are complete
  • Help maintain accurate customer and vehicle information in dealership systems
  • Contact customers concerning missed appointments and rescheduling
  • Assist with service reminders, declined-service follow-up, and other customer-retention efforts
  • Work with advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management to help provide a smooth customer experience
  • Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as needed

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-person position. The work schedule may include some Saturdays based on Quick Lane operating hours.
