TSMC Arizona is looking for a technician to join our P1 & P2 fab (5nm/4nm/3nm), located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Logistics and Equipment Parts Technician, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.

Job Description:

This is a hybrid role that combines Logistics and Equipment Support

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and track FAB assets and parts inventory.
  • Safe transportation of part/chemical/HDD/quartz/jig within the facility.
  • Perform precise calibration of production jigs and tools.
  • Actively participating in continuous improvement processes, learning and skills development.
  • Performing activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Shift Schedule:

  • Shift: Normal Day Shift
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Weekend & holiday availability may be required based on business demands and project timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to move or lift items weighing up to [50] lbs. Ability to remain in a stationary position or move throughout the facility for extended periods
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and a strong motivation to support team objectives.
  • Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong discipline in following procedures and maintaining schedules.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Development) equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. Preferred: Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or logistics/warehousing industries.
  • Operational Standards: Must meet physical requirements necessary for the safe operation of specific machinery and tools used in the facility.

Training & Growth

  • Structured Onboarding (3-6 months): Includes SOP training, OJT, shadowing, and simulation.
  • Skill Development: Advance from mastering operations and systems to independent decision-making, to leadership responsibilities.
  • Transparent Career Progression: Build long-term growth opportunities in technical expertise, shift leadership, and cross-department projects.
