The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving the objectives of their branch's service department by cultivating and leading a dynamic team of Service Technicians. This leadership position is dedicated to the effective management of preexisting equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Through strategic empowerment initiatives, the Service Manager guides and supports Service Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead and manage a team of technicians and advisors to ensure the achievement of team objectives and sales goals

  • Develop a solid understanding of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring strict adherence within the service department
  • Provide exemplary customer service by maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, and actively engaging in upselling products and services for repeat business
  • Monitor department issues and client complaints to identify patterns and proactively work towards reducing recurring problems

  • Assist with or perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service department

Qualifications
