What is the difference between Quantum Dynamics vs Quantum Mechanics?

AspectQuantum Dynamics
FocusStudy of how quantum systems evolve over time
Required CredentialsTypically a degree in physics or related field, with specialization in quantum theory
Work EnvironmentResearch labs, universities, or tech companies working on quantum technologies
Industry UsageApplied in quantum computing, quantum cryptography, and advanced physics research

Quantum Dynamics focuses on the time-dependent behavior of quantum systems, whereas Quantum Mechanics is the broader theoretical framework describing the behavior of particles at the quantum level. While Quantum Mechanics provides the fundamental principles, Quantum Dynamics applies these principles to understand how systems change over time, often involving complex mathematical modeling and simulations.
