Under general supervision, provides moderately complex accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis of an organization's expenditures and initiatives.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs quantitative analysis and insight of operational and financial data
  • Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information
  • Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance
  • Provides general financial analysis and support of the organization including statistical analysis and cost reduction opportunities
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships across functional teams to resolve financial reporting, forecasting and analysis issues
  • Maintains various systems / databases for budget analysis, allocations and forecasts
  • Resolve workflow inefficiencies through process optimization   
  • Assists in other financial research projects and analyses of operational results

  • THIS ROLE IS ON SITE IN FORT LAUDERDALE, FL.
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Proficient with SQL, PowerPivot, Power Query Microsoft Office applications, and advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft Great Plains, SAP, Hyperion).
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
