Our work spans a broad range of industries, including industrials, life sciences, aerospace and defense, consumer products, technology, energy, and other sectors. Successful candidates are intellectually curious, analytically rigorous, and comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments where ambiguity and complex problem solving are part of the day-to-day experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you will:

  • Independently own and manage one or more project workstreams from problem definition through final recommendations.

  • Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses to drive client outcomes.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business performance, operational effectiveness, growth opportunities, profitability drivers, and organizational capabilities.

  • Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.

  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, models, and supporting analyses.

  • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior executives.

  • Manage workstream timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring high-quality execution.

  • Coach and mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and quality review of work products.

  • Contribute to business development activities, proposal development, thought leadership, and internal firm initiatives.

  • Leverage Innosight methodologies and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to enhance analysis, problem solving, and client impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational transformation, business transformation, private equity value creation, or related business leadership roles.

  • Experience supporting strategic, operational, and value creation initiatives, including growth strategy, corporate strategy, business transformation, operational improvement, organizational effectiveness, supply chain and operations, profitability enhancement, private equity due diligence, complexity reduction, and related business challenges.

  • Demonstrated experience owning significant workstreams and delivering results in client-facing environments.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience applying generative AI tools and technologies in consulting, analytical, or business environments to support research, problem solving, analysis, and client impact.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguous business challenges.

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to create client-ready deliverables.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
