Interested in a fast-paced career in trading options? All Options is looking for Graduate Quantitative Traders to join our team in Austin, TX! You'll hit the ground running with a six-month training program that blends advanced option theory with real market making experience from day one.
Your first four weeks are spent alongside a cohort, mastering the fundamentals of options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and hands-on shadowing with experienced traders. • Be responsible for pricing and trading options on listed financial instruments
  • Manage and optimize daily trading positions
  • Collaborate with trading teams and developers to adjust pricing variables and system settings based on current market conditions
  • Continuously monitor the market to research and identify profitable opportunities
  • Learn and contribute to building, maintaining, and enhancing the company's codebase and technology stack

Who You Are:
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 pursuing a bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
  • A willingness to learn new skills, such as programming (Python), and a commitment to researching and improving trading strategies
  • Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027
