About the Job
 

A postdoctoral researcher is sought to join an interdisciplinary research team (Profs. Louis Mansky, Joachim Mueller and Wei Zhang) using cryoelectron microscopy/tomography (cryo-EM/ET) and quantitative fluorescence imaging technologies (e.g., TIRF, PALM, FCS) to ongoing studies of human retrovirus (HIV & HTLV) particle assembly.

Successful recruits will possess a terminal doctorate (ideally PhD degree) with strong experience in biomedical and/or physical sciences and will be expected to acquire extensive training in either cryo-EM/ET or quantitative fluorescence imaging. They will join a strongly interactive, collaborative and collegial research environment. Pay Range: $62,232 - $75,564 USD/year; depending on education/qualifications/experience
