Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,750 - $63,000 per year + annual performance based bonus

Summary:

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented analyst to join the Quantitative Analytics team! This role supports enterprise reporting, data analysis, and insight generation that helps the firm measure and manage performance. As a junior analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to learn analytical frameworks, build foundational technical skills, and contribute to meaningful projects. This is an individual contributor role focused on growth, execution, and learning.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, data science, computer science, or a related field preferred

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate insight generation under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Conduct data gathering, cleaning, validation, and exploratory analysis to support team projects

  • Learn and apply team standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor

  • Collaborate with team members to understand business context and translate data into clear summaries

  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and data requests from Finance and business partners

  • Proactively seek feedback, ask questions, and develop domain knowledge in finance and analytics

  • Support quality assurance and testing of analytical outputs before delivery to stakeholders

  • Leverage approved generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms) to enhance productivity in data analysis, documentation, research, coding, and reporting activities while adhering to company data security and governance standards.

Basic Requirements:

  • Foundational knowledge of data analysis concepts, statistics, and problem-solving approaches
