Job description

Job Summary for the Accounting Intern:
The Analyst Intern plays a key role in supporting the Northbridge Advisory Services team through analysis, data management, presentation and report creation, as well as project support. This position reports to the Senior Operations Specialist, who will support, guide, and collaborate closely with the Analyst Intern. Northbridge Advisory Services is a consulting firm serving the Senior Housing market.
Our comprehensive services include operational asset management, quality assurance, sales strategies, and innovative marketing solutions. From enhancing asset performance and revenue management to driving resident satisfaction, advancing sales, and elevating our client's brand, we deliver tailored strategies to Private Equity clients, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and Senior Housing Operators.
As this is a temporary/interim assignment, the role and responsibilities associated with this position will be subject to review/extension after 90 days to assess ongoing business needs and determine next steps.
Job task list:
  1. Analysis of community and company financials and other quantitative and qualitative data to support both:
    1. finite analyses (example: operational due diligence assessment),and
    2. ongoing sales and operations execution at client communities (example: labor management and budget adherence at portfolio companies)
  2. Co-creating support tools and templates to aid in execution of strategic initiatives that impact a company and/or community's margins.These may be in Excel, PDF forms, or other softwares
  3. Review of client deliverables to validate analyses that were conducted by team members
  4. Deliverable creation support, such as building charts and other data visualizations to support the reports that go to clients.
  5. Other job tasks as requested.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
  • Competent with the Microsoft Windows Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • The ability to work independently and in a group environment
